All dollar amounts and prices shown on the Web site are in Canadian Dollars, $CAD. Membership Fees are non-refundable once payment is taken, and members remain active for one year. Once the year is over, Members have the option of cancelling or renewing. Okanagan Science & Technology reserves the right of refusal of any members.
Event Fees are 100% refundable up to 3 business days before the event is scheduled to take place. If you require a refund that falls under this policy please contact the Okanagan Science & Technology Council. The Okanagan Science & Technology Council reservess the right to change event policy for certain events, please see specific Refund Policies for each event.
